Amazingly professional, incredibly intelligent and emotionally invested in customer service, these are just a few of the many great things about Amber Gunn. As we all know there is a limitless amount of choices for real estate guidance. However it has been my experience that Amber is leading the way in every element of we should expect from realtors. She is driven to provide the best possible experience in what is usually not the easiest of scenarios. Amber proved to me very quickly she was willing take charge and lead. What very well could have been a painstaking process, filled with pitfalls and problems was made perfectly comfortable and seamless. I cannot thank Amber enough for this and if you're working with her than you know what I mean. If you're considering working with her, I can assure you it will be the greatest decision you will ever make.

Amber is a true joy to work with and possesses a joie de vivre that makes home buying fun. Her professionalism and knowledge shows throughout the entire stressful process of buying a house, especially during the negotiations for a better price. She is prompt and truly cares about her clients. We would not have gotten the great deal on our dream house without her as our broker. Our parents were so impressed hearing about her throughout our process that they hired her as their broker to buy their house!

When you come on yelp to write a review and click on the 5 stars it says on the side " Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and that is exactly how I feel when explaining our experience with Amber. We attempted to purchase a short sale, and that's how we met Amber. From day one of meeting I knew she would be the person who would also sell our home and help us find a new one. Her charasmatic personality helps you when dealing with the stress of purchasing or selling a new home. She's a straight talker and will explain the do's and don't's and even the "Don't worry about its". Best of all- the house we finally set our hearts on was originally for sale $40,000 more than what we actually purchased it for! And in a great, safe neighborhood with exemplary Schools within walking distance of the house. You may think all Realtors work like Amber does, but sad to say, from experience- that's just not the case. If you want someone to work for you, fight for you, and get you the deal you deserve- Well, why haven't you called Amber yet?
