Counseling Through Grace offers counseling services and mental health therapy to individuals,couples, and groups in working with a wide range of mental health issues.  I provide a warm and caring atmosphere where we will work together colaboratively to meet your needs and concerns.   I specialize in working with Christian couples and groups in obtaining and improving relational skills such as commuinication, healing trust issues, anger management, intimacy issues, trauma, self-esteem and other related mental health needs.
