As an Advanced Dog Trainer, I have had the privilege of meeting a wide variety of passionate people and helping them solve their dogs needs. Having worked with both Shelter Dogs and Service/Therapy Dogs, I have gained experience from both ends of the training spectrum. Service/Therapy Dog training involves training dogs to a higher level of skills than just basic obedience. Shelter Dogs on the other hand require a Behavioral Modification approach which entails stopping bad behavior, such as aggression, resulting in the dog becoming adoptable. I have now brought these skills and experience to clients that need personal Service/Therapy Dog training or are having issues with their pet dog(s). In sum, helping persons with disabilities to be a part of the World or saving a good dog from euthanasia is why I love my job and why I offer a higher level of training.
